Senior Sales Consultant

Location: New Cairo – Fifth Settlement
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in New Cairo, with the ability to manage client relationships, identify investment opportunities, and successfully close sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
• Provide clients with accurate information on property offerings and investment opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and update client data using CRM systems
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Conditions
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days Off: Two days per week
