Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for representing JIWA Developments and our signature projects (One Plaza, Aiangle, Z.Spot) to potential investors and clients. Your goal is to provide expert advice and guide clients through the process of acquiring commercial, administrative, and medical units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory: Provide professional consultations regarding real estate market trends, prime locations, and JIWA’s project features.
- Lead Management: Follow up on potential leads and convert them into successful sales through effective communication.
- Site Visits: Conduct professional site tours and presentations for our developments in East and West Cairo.
- Negotiation & Closing: Mediate negotiations between the company and buyers to ensure a win-win closing process.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and deals on the company’s CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Developers or Top Brokerages).
- Communication: Excellent command of Arabic and English (Spoken & Written).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed real estate markets.
- Mobility: Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
